The Department of Earth Sciences offers undergraduate programs leading to a Bachelor of Science degree and courses for students who wish to further their understanding of the physical processes of the Earth system, its history, and its future.
The faculty members have a strong commitment to teaching excellence and involve top senior students in research activities. The Department also provides opportunities for graduate students to carry out research leading to a Master of Science degree. Doctoral degrees can be also pursued with affiliated Universities.
